Any teen under the age of 18 wanting to join the WTW team will need to have a parent or guardian's approval, and the parent/guardian will need to take part in the interview process.
It is important for us to know that everyone is on board with the teen volunteer's participation and that there will be no issue with the time commitment. In most cases parental participation is required especially if the teen is less than 16 years old.
The teen volunteer is required to find transportation to the rehearsals as well as to the center on performance days. We believe in informing the parents about what the program will require of them as well as to their child.
